Przeglądy SOI

SOI – Sprzęt Ochrony Indywidualnej – jak nazwa wskazuje, sprzęt ma nas ochraniać przed upadkiem, a więc dawać nam pełne bezpieczeństwo w pracy na wysokości.
Nie ulega wątpliwości, że chodzi tutaj o nasze zdrowie i życie.
Przed każdym użyciem sprzęt powinien zostać sprawdzony, oprócz tego samo prawo nakazuje regularną inspekcję takiego sprzętu.

W ramach przeglądu:

dokonujemy inspekcji stanu technicznego sprzętu,
sprzęt, który przeszedł przegląd pomyślnie oznaczamy naklejką kontrolną – plombą, która zawiera datę kolejnej wymaganej inspekcji,
sporządzamy raport z przeprowadzonego przeglądu.

Jak często?

Raz w roku dokonuje się wymaganego przeglądu sprzętu. W przypadku zdarzeń, które mogłyby uszkodzić sprzęt należy wykonać przegląd specjalny.

Kto może dokonać przeglądu?

Przeglądy SOI może wykonywać tylko osoba, która posiada do tego stosowne uprawnienia, potwierdzone certyfikatami. Inspektorzy SOI są przeszkoleni przez producentów sprzętów wysokościowych.

Jak przygotować sprzęt do przeglądu?

Sprzęt poddawany kontroli powinien być czysty i posiadać widoczną nazwę i numer identyfikacyjny. Elementy tekstylne sprzętu oraz kaski nie powinny posiadać śladów farby, markerów, smarów, naklejek.
WAŻNE: sprzęt nie pozwalający na identyfikację zostaje wycofany z użytkowania i zostaje oddany do kasacji.
Sprzęt SOI posiada również datę ważności, którą ustala producent, po tym czasie sprzęt musi zostać wycofany z użytkowania.
